Loco Cabezon's Gabriel Beturian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Loco Cabezon from getting a goal against them. When Santos Montel came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Atlético Rio Cuarto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Montel couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the match, Atlético Rio Cuarto's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Gaufred came free, but Narciso Hanni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Cayetano Jordy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Hanni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Loco Cabezon got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Quin. Astor Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Gaufred in the 25th minute of the match. The corner ended in Ernesto Remicio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlético Rio Cuarto's Narciso Hanni did a great save. After a rather tough play, Loco Cabezon's Justino Enol got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute Santos Montel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Beturian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Jordy in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narciso Hanni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ernesto Remicio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Narciso Hanni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Atlético Rio Cuarto's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Jordy came free, but Narciso Hanni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santos Montel to make the kick off. A throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game was made by Marcelino Ferdinand with Ernesto Remicio as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Narciso Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Remicio in the 52nd minute of play. Narciso Hanni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Jordy, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Atlético Rio Cuarto getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Clemente Nel hit a great ball. Narciso Hanni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Jordy's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Cayetano Jordy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Narciso Hanni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Cayetano Jordy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Loco Cabezon's Ernesto Remicio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Narciso Hanni. Narciso Hanni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Cayetano Jordy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loco Cabezon's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Jordy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Hanni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Narciso Hanni made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Cayetano Jordy sent off a good shot on target. Cayetano Jordy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Narciso Hanni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cayetano Jordy succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 91st playminute. The Atlético Rio Cuarto fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Loco Cabezon were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
