Temperley's Hector Casse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Temperley from getting a goal against them. Hector Casse was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victorino Quirze showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. In the 8th minute, Romeo Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Lindo Ganso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hector Casse was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 15th minute, Gavino Hegoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Chelco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Inocente came free, but Bernardino Paio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Lindo Ganso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Casse. Temperley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lindo Ganso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Lindo Ganso in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hector Casse, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 33 minutes into the match, Temperley's goal looked a bit too open when Lindo Ganso came free, but Hector Casse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Casse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lindo Ganso's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Chelco FC's Anibal Tallia got a free kick in the 38th minute. Hector Casse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lindo Ganso, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Lindo Tajo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Romeo Matthew sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Gavino Hegoi got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 56 played minutes Temperley got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Hegoi. Temperley's Amador Anaya was substituted for Bonifacio Azevedo. After a rather tough play, Temperley's Gavino Hegoi got a free kick in the 57th minute. Lindo Tajo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hector Casse having to make a save. Chelco FC's Anacleto Chale was substituted for Victorino Quirze. Chelco FC's Dario Gartzi was substituted for Lindo Bobo. In the 70th minute Lindo Ganso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Casse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Lindo Ganso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lindo Ganso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Casse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 83 minutes, Lindo Ganso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lindo Ganso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Casse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Chale in the 85th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Lindo Ganso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hector Casse was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Marciano Ishmael fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Temperley's protests and gave Marciano Ishmael a yellow card for diving instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Temperley players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chelco FC.
