In the 9th minute, Rafael Erramun made a precise shot to the right of Elpidio Beat. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Cayetano Florinio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 28th minute Pastor Rutenio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Beat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Liberland got a corner. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pastor Rutenio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of 25 de Abril Futbol Club booed when Liberland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Rutenio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Liberland's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Turak came free, but Cayetano Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
