After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Gerardo Oalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leandro Ofelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elpidio Beat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Ofelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Filiberto Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slawomir Turak in the 67th minute of the match. El Retorno de Palermo's Filiberto Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Turak in the 69th minute of play. After 72 minutes 25 de Abril Futbol Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aaron Cebo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Aaron Cebo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elpidio Beat quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Elpidio Beat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilario Mikeldi went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Elpidio Beat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Ofelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute of the match 25 de Abril Futbol Club got a corner. El Retorno de Palermo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel Urtungo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on 25 de Abril Futbol Club's corner Slawomir Turak fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Filiberto Fidele quite easily take care of the ball. Gerardo Oalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Elpidio Beat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Oalo got free with Elpidio Beat in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Slawomir Turak took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filiberto Fidele. Filiberto Fidele dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.
