In the 4th match minute, El Retorno de Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Patrido to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Ignado came free, but Filiberto Fidele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Ofelio in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Gerardo Oalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, El Retorno de Palermo's Guillermo Espiridion nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Hurko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Filiberto Fidele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Rutenio, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Carmelo Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Ofelio in the 16th minute of play. El Retorno de Palermo's Filiberto Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Erramun in the 17th minute of play. Filiberto Fidele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Ignado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liberland's Carmelo Hurko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Liberland from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Liberland getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Omar Eudoxio hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the game, Gerardo Oalo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carmelo Hurko. Gerardo Oalo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Liberland's Carmelo Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Ofelio in the 33rd minute of play. In the 39th minute, El Retorno de Palermo's Gerardo Oalo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carmelo Hurko. Carmelo Hurko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Liberland's Carmelo Hurko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Liberland from getting a goal against them. Guillermo Espiridion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Hurko having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Ofelio to strike the kick off in the second half. Filiberto Fidele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Rutenio in the 54th minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Filiberto Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Fidele made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herminio Ignado in the 72nd minute. After 75 played minutes Liberland got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Iyan. Filiberto Fidele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Oalo scored 5-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carmelo Hurko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute Leandro Ofelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herminio Ignado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Filiberto Fidele skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Filiberto Fidele made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Pastor Rutenio sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Espiridion in the 92nd minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Carmelo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Eudoxio kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
