The Yaji FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Bras should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Christobal in the 10th minute of play forced C.A. Calamuchita's goalkeeper Alejandro Emesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogelio Jenaro in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Emesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavino Bras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Figueroa in the 20th minute of play. C.A. Calamuchita's Alejandro Emesto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save C.A. Calamuchita from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Eliseo Iaki in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Yaji FC's Hector Herauso. When Braulio Berbiz came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the C.A. Calamuchita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Berbiz couldn't finish the play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Rogelio Jenaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Calamuchita's Alejandro Emesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gavino Bras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Figueroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, C.A. Calamuchita's goalkeeper Alejandro Emesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Blasi. Gavino Bras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After some careless play in the Yaji FC defense, Carolo Presebal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Bras. The Yaji FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Bras should have stopped the shot. Erasmo Blasi's late challenge caught a C.A. Calamuchita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Blasi helped the player get up and apologised. Erasmo Blasi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Eliseo Iaki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gavino Bras skillfully saved the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Erasmo Blasi made the kick off in the second half. Alejandro Emesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Jenaro in the 51st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Wilfredo Figueroa took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Gavino Bras to make any attempt to save it. Gavino Bras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Gotzon in the 60th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Blasi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Emesto was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The throw-in from Eliseo Iaki in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Yaji FC's Hector Herauso. Gavino Bras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Jenaro in the 68th minute of play forced C.A. Calamuchita's goalkeeper Alejandro Emesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaji FC's Gavino Bras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Yaji FC from getting a goal against them. Braulio Berbiz succeeded in the game's 73rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. In the 75th minute, C.A. Calamuchita's Wilfredo Figueroa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Erasmo Blasi was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 81st match minute, Yaji FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Blasi to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute of the match Eliseo Iaki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gavino Bras showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Calamuchita's zone, Jimeno Montrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Emesto came out of the goal and Jimeno Montrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gavino Bras was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Carolo Presebal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carolo Presebal really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. 90 minutes into the match, Jimeno Montrel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejandro Emesto. C.A. Calamuchita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimeno Montrel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Jimeno Montrel struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Alejandro Emesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yaji FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Presebal got free with Gavino Bras in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. C.A. Calamuchita's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
