After 26 minutes of play Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Eleuterio Cesaro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. Hermengildo Montrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Peruxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Isaac Erramu fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hacha y Tiza FC's protests and gave Isaac Erramu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Club Atletico Rio Tercero booed when Hacha y Tiza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Erramu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Fernando Peruxu scored to the left of an out of position Hermengildo Montrel, making the score, 1-7. After having played for 90 minutes, Fernando Peruxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hacha y Tiza FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Peruxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hacha y Tiza FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
