Marcos Mederi started the match with the kick off. Feliks Osowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Mederi in the 4th minute of play. Modesto Fernendo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Internet XAire got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Cadelo. 12 minutes into the game, Baltasar Cadelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Internet XAire's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Characate FC the free kick. In the 12th minute, Baltasar Cadelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Rubio in the 13th minute of play forced Internet XAire's goalkeeper Feliks Osowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Palermo came free, but Feliks Osowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Elia kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Mederi came free, but Feliks Osowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Modesto Fernendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Loco Palermo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Internet XAire's Feliks Osowski. Feliks Osowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Loco Palermo fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Characate FC's protests and gave Loco Palermo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute, Loco Palermo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Modesto Fernendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internet XAire's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Fernendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 45 played minutes Internet XAire got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Ceandro. The Internet XAire players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Characate FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victorio Perico to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Characate FC got a freekick which was hit by Michael Ballack. With a little luck, Internet XAire's Feliks Osowski got control of the ball when Loco Palermo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goalkeeper Feliks Osowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Mederi. A collision led to Characate FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Marcos Mederi hit a great ball. Loco Palermo had several of the Internet XAire's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Feliks Osowski as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Internet XAire fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Internet XAire's Victorio Perico looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Perico in the 90th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Ballack kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Characate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Tomporowski came free, but Benjamin Price reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 98 minutes, Victorio Perico made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Characate FC's Benjamin Price tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Internet XAire succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Characate FC had controlled the match.
