The shot was stopped by Severiano Rafe but with some difficulty. The corner ended in Faustino Avellaneda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La Maquina 9-12-18's Felix Clis did a great save. Hernan Uzuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Clis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Naldo in the 19th minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Felix Clis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Clis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Naldo in the 19th minute of the match. Felix Clis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Naldo in the 20th minute of play. After 25 minutes of play, Madison's Benito Naldo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felix Clis was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Umbruso in the 29th minute of play forced Madison's goalkeeper Severiano Rafe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Maquina 9-12-18's Felix Clis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Polentzi in the 34th minute of play. Felix Clis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Naldo in the 35th minute of the match. When Hernan Uzuri fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Madison's protests and gave Hernan Uzuri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of La Maquina 9-12-18 booed when Madison was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Uzuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Torres. Filiberto Bero succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 45th playminute. After 48 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Maju. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benito Naldo made a kick off. Felix Clis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Naldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute Madison were awarded a corner. Faustino Avellaneda went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Madison's corner Humberto Eliu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Felix Clis quite easily take care of the ball. Madison made a substitution. Nunez Guillelmus replaced Faustino Avellaneda. Benito Naldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Clis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Uzuri in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Madison's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Bero came free, but Severiano Rafe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Naldo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Felix Clis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madison. 70 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Uzuri came free, but Felix Clis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Torres during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to La Maquina 9-12-18 getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Domingos Torres hit a great ball. Severiano Rafe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Bazkoare in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Blasi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Madison's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Maquina 9-12-18 the free kick. In the 85th minute, Ciriaco Blasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 played minutes, La Maquina 9-12-18's Filiberto Bero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severiano Rafe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Maquina 9-12-18 reached it. 90 minutes into the match, Silvano Polentzi notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of La Maquina 9-12-18's Felix Clis. Felix Clis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Severiano Rafe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Umbruso in the 96th minute of the match. The La Maquina 9-12-18 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Madison's performance. The match ended with a win for Madison.
