But to his dismay, Melchor Dalmau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 19th minute Jose Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Frutos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Gartxot was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 31st minute, Leonardo Prejun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Melchor Dalmau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elmas Duro having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Arias got free with Elmas Duro in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Gartxot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Elmas Duro made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Gartxot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Frutos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Cutberto in the 51st minute. Ariel Quirze succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Claudio Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Gartxot in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elmas Duro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 66 minutes, Jose Iyan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manfredi AFC and the Tiburones Pacufantásticos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Clodoveo Urki kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to Manfredi AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Ariel Quirze hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Manfredi AFC's Clodoveo Urki got a free kick in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacobo Pelayo during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tiburones Pacufantásticos booed when Manfredi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Pelayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Florencio Jobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's Ariel Quirze broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Fidel Cutberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manfredi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Cutberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Tiburones Pacufantásticos lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
