Diego Eterno were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Nahitantino's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Sindo took the corner. The corner ended in Emanuel Sindo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nahitantino's Israel Vergaray did a great save. After a rather tough play, Diego Eterno's Jairo Kiliz got a free kick in the 7th minute. Nahitantino's Israel Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Sindo in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Camilo Hernando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nahitantino's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Hernando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Modesto Santikurtz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Clodoveo Caetano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Anselmo Mateo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Santikurtz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Santikurtz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Jorrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Jorrin in the 25th minute of play forced Diego Eterno's goalkeeper Modesto Santikurtz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modesto Santikurtz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Hernando in the 27th minute of play. Maximiliano Lleir kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Segundo Urbez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diego Eterno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nahitantino the free kick. The supporters of Nahitantino booed when Diego Eterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Urbez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Clodoveo Caetano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nahitantino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Diego Eterno getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Elpidio Cordaro hit a great ball. Anselmo Mateo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Santikurtz having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anselmo Mateo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Mateo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-2 via right post in the game's 51st minute. Nahitantino's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a defensive mix-up in Diego Eterno's zone, Clodoveo Caetano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Santikurtz came out of the goal and Clodoveo Caetano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clodoveo Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Modesto Santikurtz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Vermudo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Vermudo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Nahitantino booed when Diego Eterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Vermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 minutes, Elpidio Cordaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diego Eterno and the Nahitantino players grew even worse after the yellow card. 87 minutes into the match, Diego Eterno's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Oto came free, but Modesto Santikurtz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Caetano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Elpidio Cordaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higinio Illan struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Modesto Santikurtz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nahitantino. The supporters of Nahitantino booed when Diego Eterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ni De Yun didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Diego Eterno fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nahitantino were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
