Juan Barros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Blai having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Academia de Campeones's Gabriel Iliana got a free kick in the 9th minute. Academia de Campeones's Ove Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Maidana in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Academia de Campeones got a freekick which was hit by Juan Barros. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonas Rozarius during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jonas Rozarius hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Juan Blai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Barros in the 19th minute of play. Clodoveo Acuña hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Juan Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia de Campeones's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Blai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Asur went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Academia de Campeones's Ove Glanselius got control of the ball when Gregorio Blai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ildefonso Maidana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ove Glanselius having to make a save. In the 45th minute Marco Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Juan Blai made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Luciano Ospetsu sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Barros during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Academia de Campeones getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Juan Barros hit a great ball. After 63 played minutes La Acade got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Maidana. After a rather tough play, Academia de Campeones's Luciano Ospetsu got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 69 played minutes La Acade got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Maidana. In the 72nd minute of the match, Juan Barros tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juan Blai saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 73 minutes, Gregorio Blai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Acade and the Academia de Campeones players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gregorio Blai hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Academia de Campeones's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Asur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Blai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ove Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Indar, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Cheche in the 93rd minute of play forced Academia de Campeones's goalkeeper Ove Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
