Gustavo Eusko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Euloxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Medina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixto Vincent in the 20th minute. Clemente Herensuge charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Herensuge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.A. Caminiaga getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Clemente Herensuge hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, El Millo de Haedo's Lázaro Oto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 38th minute, Sixto Vincent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as El Millo de Haedo's Sixto Vincent slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciro Medina. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixto Vincent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Breno Almeida cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ciro Medina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute, Lázaro Oto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Millo de Haedo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. If Jorge Olguín had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Sixto Vincent scored 5-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciro Medina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th match minute, El Millo de Haedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Gilabert to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Erramus short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Gustavo Eusko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Uriel Isusko hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Jorge Olguín scored 6-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciro Medina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciro Medina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Vincent, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the C.A. Caminiaga players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for El Millo de Haedo.
