After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Hector Markel managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Imperio del Cuervo's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Markel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmed Long breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alejo Iraido charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejo Iraido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ahmed Long made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Vogler in the 9th minute of play. Paulino Onofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Iraido in the 11th minute of play. Narciso Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ahmed Long tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Davi Vogler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Long having to interfere. After a rather tough play, El Imperio del Cuervo's Jeronimo Firme got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 30 minutes into the match, CF Scalonetos's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Markel came free, but Ahmed Long reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, El Imperio del Cuervo's Hector Markel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmed Long made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hector Markel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Vicente Balesio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of El Imperio del Cuervo's Paulino Onofre. Paulino Onofre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Argi in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmed Long prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paulino Onofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Abajas in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

El Imperio del Cuervo's Paulino Onofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Cerilo in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of El Imperio del Cuervo booed when CF Scalonetos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Cerilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Markel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmed Long read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Vicente Balesio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 81 minutes, Mahir Ewe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Imperio del Cuervo and the CF Scalonetos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CF Scalonetos booed when El Imperio del Cuervo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahir Ewe didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vicente Balesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mahir Ewe got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 85th minute, Mahir Ewe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87thth minute of the game Lucio Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Imperio del Cuervo's Paulino Onofre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vicente Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Alejo Iraido hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Hector Markel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st match minute, CF Scalonetos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Marino to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
