Ruperto Tauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ruperto Tauro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Turi in the 17th minute of the match. After 20 minutes of play Club Atlético Libertador's Mario Veto was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Pitman FC booed when Club Atlético Libertador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Veto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Tauro was a little too slow when Lino Gilen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 4-0. Fausto Elazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Marin, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 36th minute of the match, Lino Gilen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruperto Tauro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Club Atlético Libertador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Lino Gilen scored to the left of an out of position Ruperto Tauro, making the score, 6-0. After 42 played minutes Club Atlético Libertador got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Tomi. In the 43rd play minute Eustacio Umbruso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ruperto Tauro. 7-0. After 46 minutes, Paolo Turi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pitman FC and the Club Atlético Libertador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Paolo Turi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Pitman FC booed when Club Atlético Libertador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

There was no doubt that Pitman FC were the better team. Pitman FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
