Arturo Eduino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Mannie in the 6th minute of play. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Mannie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mauro Fernado charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Fernado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 17 played minutes Yrigoyen.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Edu Atila. Ciriaco Seber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Mannie in the 21st minute of play forced Yrigoyen.F.C's goalkeeper Arturo Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Juventud Antoniana's Ciriaco Seber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arturo Eduino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Juventud Antoniana's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Guerau came free, but Celso Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Eugenio Hernando threw the ball into play from the sideline. Yrigoyen.F.C's Edu Atila quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 33rd minute, Geronimo Guerau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juventud Antoniana's Celso Demario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Juventud Antoniana from getting a goal against them. Yrigoyen.F.C's Arturo Eduino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Seber in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Mannie in the 38th minute of play forced Yrigoyen.F.C's goalkeeper Arturo Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Vladimiro Eron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Demario was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After having played for 46 minutes, Rigoberto Mannie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventud Antoniana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Mannie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciriaco Seber to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Yrigoyen.F.C getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Victorino Lohitzun hit a great ball. When Eliseo Ricart came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Juventud Antoniana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Ricart couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Yrigoyen.F.C's Arturo Eduino got control of the ball when Ciriaco Seber tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juventud Antoniana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Celestino Ongile ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Fernado got free with Arturo Eduino in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celso Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Guerau in the 79th minute of the match. Arturo Eduino made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Ciriaco Seber sent off a good shot on target. Israel Oihenarte hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Arturo Eduino was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Mauro Fernado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mauro Fernado really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Arturo Eduino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Fernado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Anselmo Bittor in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Yrigoyen.F.C's Javier Feliu. Celso Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Guerau in the 96th minute of the match. Juventud Antoniana's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
