Saul Cordario scored 0-1 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Gartxot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 5th minute Adelino Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Cordario in the 6th minute of play. Saul Cordario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 0-3 became the score in the 12th minute when Adelino Saldanha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Spams fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Spams's Adelino Saldanha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 19 minutes into the game, Saul Cordario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Fernando Gartxot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd match minute, Pink Floyd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Tebaldo to maneuver through the defense. Adelino Saldanha scored 0-6 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Gartxot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute, Adelino Saldanha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Gartxot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Saul Cordario put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Natalio Telo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 40 minutes of play, Spams's Silvestre Txomin made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Gartxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernando Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Cordario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Gartxot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adelino Saldanha went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Adelino Saldanha might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Gartxot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adelino Saldanha ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48th minute Adelino Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Spams made a substitution. Vinícius Servaes replaced Adelino Saldanha. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Servaes in the 74th minute of play forced Pink Floyd's goalkeeper Fernando Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pink Floyd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Vinícius Servaes scored to the left of an out of position Fernando Gartxot, making the score, 0-12. In the 79th minute Godfredo Galtero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spams's Godfredo Galtero got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinícius Servaes got free with Fernando Gartxot in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Clodoveo Blanco in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Spams's Natalio Telo. In the 94th minute, Spams's Godfredo Galtero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernando Gartxot. Fernando Gartxot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. The Pink Floyd fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Spams were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
