Modesto Rik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Alberto Lidon made a huge save. Prospero Errapel kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Marini. 14 minutes into the game, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Tomás Marini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaudencio Flores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Atlético Unión Florida booed when Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Ikatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modesto Rik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Lidon having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Tomás Marini notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Atlético Unión Florida's Gaudencio Flores. Gaudencio Flores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT booed when Atlético Unión Florida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Errapel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomás Marini came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Marini couldn't finish the play. Damian Vigil hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Atlético Unión Florida's Gaudencio Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Benino in the 39th minute of play. Leonel Reynoso scored 0-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaudencio Flores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Marini was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Angelo Sanduru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Unión Florida's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT the free kick. A collision led to Atlético Unión Florida getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Angelo Sanduru hit a great ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Tomás Marini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Marini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Sanduru hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Tomás Marini could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Gaudencio Flores however easily saved by the left post. 71 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Rik came free, but Alberto Lidon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético Unión Florida's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leandro Fero in the 73rd minute. The corner ended in Leandro Fero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Alberto Lidon did a great save. Gaudencio Flores made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Teobaldo Benino sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 76 minutes, Modesto Rik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Unión Florida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modesto Rik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Gaudencio Flores threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomás Marini, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gaudencio Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Marini in the 82nd minute of the match. Modesto Rik struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Alberto Lidon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Unión Florida. Tomás Marini scored 0-6 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaudencio Flores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atlético Unión Florida's Gaudencio Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Marini in the 91st minute of play. Gaudencio Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Reynoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Prospero Errapel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT played a much better game than Atlético Unión Florida and deserved their victory. The Atlético Unión Florida players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
