Isaac Peruanton started the match with the kick off. Donato Eyague made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inocencio Corderall in the 10th minute. BFC 1982 were furious when Elvio Bastian was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 11 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BFC 1982! Isaac Peruanton walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Beliran in the 15th minute of play forced BFC 1982's goalkeeper Abel Bordat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to BFC 1982 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ambrosio Etxatxu hit a great ball. BFC 1982's Inocencio Corderall got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After having played for 52 minutes, Inocencio Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BFC 1982's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Corderall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Inocencio Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot. BFC 1982's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Corderall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Eyague breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Inocencio Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Blasi's late challenge caught a BFC 1982's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Blasi helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Gasoleros FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Blasi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Corderall in the 63rd minute of play forced Gasoleros FC's goalkeeper Donato Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 minutes of play, BFC 1982's Inocencio Corderall made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After a rather tough play, BFC 1982's Enrique Jakue got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Elvio Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Nunez Jerico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the BFC 1982 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
