The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Cordairo got free with Silvio Mendiko in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Ruben Iztal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ruben Iztal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Social y Dep. Patagonia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ruben Iztal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 14 minutes into the game, one of Social y Dep. Patagonia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 19 minutes into the game, Atanas Cholakov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvio Mendiko. Atanas Cholakov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Iker Osorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atanas Cholakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Mendiko having to interfere. Ioan Şerban's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Silvio Mendiko firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 29th minute Social y Dep. Patagonia were awarded a corner. Jose Garikoitz went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 31st minute, Inocencio Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Social y Dep. Patagonia booed when ★ IL TORO ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Mikolas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Mendiko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ioan Şerban went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ioan Şerban in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Mendiko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ★ IL TORO ★'s Silvio Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ioan Şerban in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Chap was the one to do the kick off. Silvio Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ioan Şerban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the ★ IL TORO ★ defense, Ioan Şerban kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvio Mendiko. The ★ IL TORO ★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvio Mendiko should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Tobias Faro got control of the ball when Horacio Chap tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Ioan Şerban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Social y Dep. Patagonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ioan Şerban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Mendiko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Alberto Dely Valdés took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvio Mendiko. Silvio Mendiko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. A sloppy throw-in by Oscar Guillelmo in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Social y Dep. Patagonia's Marcelo Mattin. Carlos Alberto Dely Valdés's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Mendiko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Oscar Guillelmo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Carlos Alberto Dely Valdés sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvio Mendiko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 82 minutes into the game, Social y Dep. Patagonia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Social y Dep. Patagonia had played much better football throughout.
