Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Alexis Melo came free, but Tobias Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atanas Cholakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Telo came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Social y Dep. Patagonia's Ioan Şerban. But to his dismay, Ioan Şerban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adan Platon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zeledon Telo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ioan Şerban in the 52nd minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Ioan Şerban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Telo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All Boys's Silvano Polo was substituted for Adan Ipar. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by All Boys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jose Garikoitz was slow to take the kick. During this time Social y Dep. Patagonia's players had a chance to rest. Ioan Şerban was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Carlos Alberto Dely Valdés was substituted for Ioan Şerban. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Iker Osorio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Reynaldo Guib, made in the 68th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Carlos Alberto Dely Valdés sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Telo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Tobias Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Erramu in the 70th minute of play. Tobias Faro made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Gustavo Erramu sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of All Boys booed when Social y Dep. Patagonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaldo Guib took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tobias Faro. Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Carlos Alberto Dely Valdés notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of All Boys's Zeledon Telo. Zeledon Telo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Silvano Polo in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tobias Faro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind All Boys's goalkeeper Zeledon Telo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Carlos Alberto Dely Valdés sped through All Boys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Telo. After 94 minutes of play, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Sergio Cordairo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeledon Telo was left in no man's land by his defense there!
