The All Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Telo should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute, Celestino Etxekopar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Platon came free, but Albino Hitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Alexis Melo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albino Hitz. AC LeX Luthor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexis Melo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 25th match minute, AC LeX Luthor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Timo to maneuver through the defense. All Boys's Zeledon Telo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Etxekopar in the 29th minute of play. When Saul Txatxu fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC LeX Luthor's protests and gave Saul Txatxu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of All Boys booed when AC LeX Luthor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Txatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, AC LeX Luthor's Albino Hitz got control of the ball when Adan Platon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match, Maximo Benvide tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albino Hitz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Albino Hitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Ipar in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Platon in the 45th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Albino Hitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 49th minute Rodrigo Paublo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Telo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Paublo was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Adan Ipar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Hitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexis Melo in the 56th minute of play. Rodrigo Paublo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Zeledon Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Erramu in the 84th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Albino Hitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All Boys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
