Octavio Raymond dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo-Hernán Egoi in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Raymond saved Unidad de Matanza from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Guaberto Henric in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sportivo Fernet Branca's Sebastião Carvalhais. In the 27th minute, Joaquin Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sportivo Fernet Branca's Tsinamdzghvrishvili Brzęczyszczykiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Elivareo in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Damian Guifre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Raymond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Raymond made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Damian Guifre sent off a good shot on target. The Unidad de Matanza fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sportivo Fernet Branca were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
