An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Machado in the 5th minute of play forced Academia 1903's goalkeeper Fidel Tadzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Urbano Machado took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fidel Tadzio to make any attempt to save it. In the 10th match minute, Academia 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Suero to maneuver through the defense. Fidel Tadzio made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Rigoberto Quintana sent off a good shot on target. Academia 1903's Fidel Tadzio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Academia 1903 from getting a goal against them. When Alfonso Patrido fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Academia 1903's protests and gave Alfonso Patrido a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute of the match, Urbano Machado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fidel Tadzio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fidel Tadzio was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Urbano Machado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Urbano Machado really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 47 minutes into the match, Urbano Machado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fidel Tadzio, 4-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Estevez made a kick off. Academia 1903's Fidel Tadzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Machado in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute Urbano Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Tadzio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Quintana in the 59th minute of play. Alfonso Patrido kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With 63 minutes on the clock, Abel Lartaun commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Abel Lartaun hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Alfonso Patrido sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and EL CHINGOLO P C's Dávid Sebes didn't even have to move. Fidel Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Machado in the 85th minute of play. After some careless play in the Academia 1903 defense, Urbano Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Tadzio. The Academia 1903 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Tadzio should have stopped the shot. Fidel Tadzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Machado in the 92nd minute of the match. Honorato Emmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
