Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Astor Tono started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edelmiro Hotz in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Gomez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute, Edelmiro Hotz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saul Gomez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Stat Veritas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Reyes came free, but Saul Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Reyes scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saul Gomez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Saul Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Tono in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Simon Lixandro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stat Veritas FC and the Pegaso FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Simon Lixandro hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Stat Veritas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Reyes came free, but Saul Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edelmiro Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Bertran in the 22nd minute of play forced Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper Saul Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Astor Tono ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saul Gomez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 29 minutes into the match, Stat Veritas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Reyes came free, but Saul Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Bertran took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saul Gomez. Saul Gomez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 35th minute, Astor Tono made a precise shot to the right of Saul Gomez. Stat Veritas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 43rd minute, but Aquiles Formerio got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Pegaso FC hanging dry this time. Honorio Nikola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Aquiles Formerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Marco Reyes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pegaso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Reyes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Gomez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Pegaso FC were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Maore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Maore. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper Saul Gomez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Honorio Nikola scored 1-5 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquiles Formerio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Prudencio Bixintxo scored 1-6 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saul Gomez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute, Marco Reyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saul Gomez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. After a defensive mix-up in Stat Veritas FC's zone, Rolando Bertran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Gomez came out of the goal and Rolando Bertran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Hotz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pegaso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stat Veritas FC the free kick. Edelmiro Hotz kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Prudencio Bixintxo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pegaso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. Saul Gomez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Hotz in the 87th minute of play forced Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper Saul Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristobal Frances hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Stat Veritas FC defense, Prudencio Bixintxo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Gomez. The Stat Veritas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Gomez should have stopped the shot. Pegaso FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
