The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Quinten in the 20th minute of play. In the 29th minute Ramon Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Quinten, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Angelo Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Quinten in the 32nd minute of the match. Esteve Romano made in the 35th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Silvio Sazon immediately put the ball in play. Cosme Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Sazon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Ramon Quinten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Lopez. Torino FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Quinten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Lizar got free with Cosme Jeraldo in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvio Sazon struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Cosme Jeraldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torino FC. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernie Romeo to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Torino FC booed when Boedo Crows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Innocenzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Quinten in the 62nd minute of play forced Torino FC's goalkeeper Angelo Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boedo Crows's Ramon Quinten got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boedo Crows's Nicasio Moise was substituted for Mario Rafel. In the 68th match minute, Torino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Sazon to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Torino FC's Sebastian Orain got a free kick in the 69th minute. After having played for 70 minutes, Dionisio Jusepe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boedo Crows's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Jusepe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Quinten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Torino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Quinten came free, but Angelo Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Lopez came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Boedo Crows's Ramon Quinten. But to his dismay, Ramon Quinten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Torino FC's Angelo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Quinten in the 82nd minute of play. Angelo Lopez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Quinten went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Esteve Romano kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Boedo Crows's Dionisio Jusepe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angelo Lopez. That made the score 1-4 after 90 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernie Romeo got free with Angelo Lopez in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramon Quinten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Lopez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Boedo Crows supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Boedo Crows would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
