Leonel Veto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Elodio having to interfere. Federico Osorio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Benedicto Elodio made a huge save. A collision led to C.A. Línea Rotativa getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Paulo Lucila hit a great ball. Zacarias Cordeiro lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה! Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה:s Benedicto Elodio showed great skill when he stopped Carlos Hunfredo:s penalty. Leonel Veto charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonel Veto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, C.A. Línea Rotativa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Veto to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Federico Osorio made a precise shot to the right of Benedicto Elodio. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Osorio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benedicto Elodio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Osorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
