Serafin Quentin took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ceferino Matia. Ceferino Matia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Santos Madeo sped through Club Atlético La Vía's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ceferino Matia. A collision led to Club Atlético La Vía getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ignacio Santos hit a great ball. Ceferino Matia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Madeo in the 13th minute of play. Club Atlético La Vía's Ceferino Matia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Quentin in the 16th minute of play. Santos Madeo took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ceferino Matia. Ceferino Matia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Maurice Friebel took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ceferino Matia. Ceferino Matia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 32 minutes into the match, Club Atlético La Vía's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Madeo came free, but Ceferino Matia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ceferino Matia came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by VAMO ARRIBA's Santos Madeo. But to his dismay, Santos Madeo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. With an all-out effort, Club Atlético La Vía's Angelino Platon threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santiago Transito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ceferino Matia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from D.J. Malay in the 36th minute of the match. Maurice Friebel succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. In the 46th minute Serafin Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Matia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half VAMO ARRIBA were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ceferino Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Quentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santos Madeo got free with Ceferino Matia in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Melquiades Bernat charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melquiades Bernat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ceferino Matia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Quentin in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético La Vía's Amador Mark got a free kick in the 59th minute. Aldo Montae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ceferino Matia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Club Atlético La Vía got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Eguzki. Club Atlético La Vía's Ceferino Matia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurice Friebel in the 70th minute of play. Ceferino Matia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maurice Friebel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 71 minute of play. In the 74th minute, Maurice Friebel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceferino Matia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. After 77 minutes, Saturnino Eguzki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético La Vía and the VAMO ARRIBA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saturnino Eguzki hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Santos Madeo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Ceferino Matia made a huge save. 85 minutes into the match, Santos Madeo notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Club Atlético La Vía's Ceferino Matia. Ceferino Matia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ceferino Matia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurice Friebel's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Ceferino Matia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Madeo in the 91st minute. Basilio Vasco kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Santos Madeo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Ceferino Matia made a huge save. VAMO ARRIBA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
