Feliberto Gaskon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alejandra. After 17 minutes, Jaime Herrera made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luisito Aurken made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eustacio Honesto. Jaime Herrera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Gaskon having to make a save. Luisito Aurken made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eustacio Honesto immediately put the ball in play. 33 minutes into the game, Jaime Herrera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Feliberto Gaskon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Herrera in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliberto Gaskon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute Jaime Herrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliberto Gaskon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Herrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The supporters of POSSE 1911 FC booed when Alejandra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godfredo Xabel to make the kick off. When Jaime Herrera came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Alejandra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Herrera couldn't finish the play. POSSE 1911 FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Elias Fonso scored to the left of an out of position Feliberto Gaskon, making the score, 0-5. In the 86th match minute, POSSE 1911 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Clodio to maneuver through the defense. Luisito Aurken's late challenge caught a Alejandra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisito Aurken helped the player get up and apologised. Luisito Aurken kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Melquiades Sandaili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Xabel in the 92nd minute of play. Alejandra played a much better game than POSSE 1911 FC and deserved their victory. The POSSE 1911 FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
