One of Club Atlético La Vía:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alejandra:s goal. In the 22nd minute, Jaime Herrera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horacio Mirande was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Horacio Mirande didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Herrera went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Horacio Mirande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Herrera in the 32nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Jaime Herrera sped through Club Atlético La Vía's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Horacio Mirande. When Alejandra's Jaime Herrera in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. German Guipuzkoa's late challenge caught a Alejandra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Guipuzkoa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, German Guipuzkoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Herrera in the 46th minute of play forced Club Atlético La Vía's goalkeeper Horacio Mirande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the game, Alejandra's Jaime Herrera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horacio Mirande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5.

The wind increased when Santiago Transito made the kick off in the second half. Jaime Herrera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Mirande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Alejandra booed when Club Atlético La Vía was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Florinio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Mirande made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Jaime Herrera sent off a good shot on target. The audience held their breath when Elias Fonso in the 89th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Horacio Mirande's left hand side. In the 90th minute, Amador Mark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Club Atlético La Vía's goalkeeper Horacio Mirande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Herrera. In the 93rd minute, Jaime Herrera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Horacio Mirande. The goal made the score 0-8. Alejandra's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
