In the 4th minute, Eliseo Tolino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIRICOCHO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Alvaro Chesus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel Bordat went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. KIRICOCHO FC's Alvaro Chesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Theodore in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Patricio Theodore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Chesus was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Abel Bordat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Alvaro Chesus made a huge save. After 30 played minutes alvarado got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Theodore. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Frisco in the 32nd minute of play forced alvarado's goalkeeper Ciro Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patricio Theodore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Chesus made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Abel Bordat sent off a good shot on target. KIRICOCHO FC's Alvaro Chesus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save KIRICOCHO FC from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute, alvarado's Abel Bordat ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alvaro Chesus. Alvaro Chesus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patricio Theodore to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Garoa in the 55th minute of play forced KIRICOCHO FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Chesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Abel Bordat made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. KIRICOCHO FC's Alvaro Chesus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 60 minutes, Abel Bordat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. alvarado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Bordat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Polentzi came free, but Ciro Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute Abel Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Chesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in KIRICOCHO FC's zone, Patricio Theodore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Chesus came out of the goal and Patricio Theodore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the game, Abel Bordat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Alvaro Chesus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 75 minutes, Godfredo Eleder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KIRICOCHO FC and the alvarado players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, KIRICOCHO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Eleder to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Theodore in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Chesus saved KIRICOCHO FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Francisco Frisco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciro Ostadar. That made the score 4-2 in the 81 minute of play. In the 90th minute, Abel Bordat made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Chesus. KIRICOCHO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Alvaro Chesus came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by alvarado's Abel Bordat. But to his dismay, Abel Bordat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. KIRICOCHO FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
