Mauro Matos started the match with the kick off. Israel Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Edorta in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Baraja Española FC's Cecilio Haimar got a free kick in the 9th minute. 13 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Matos came free, but Israel Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Lamberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Gregorio Tanio made a precise shot to the right of Israel Bertol. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Aureliano Javiero hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Higinio Gonzales kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Israel Bertol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro Matos's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Romulo Juvenal might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cipriano Cugat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romulo Juvenal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute, Inocencio Rayman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cecilio Haimar hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Cipriano Cugat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Higinio Gonzales in the 34th minute. Romulo Juvenal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Cipriano Cugat made a huge save. In the 41st minute, Hernan Raitin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Cugat was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hernan Raitin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cipriano Cugat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Romulo Juvenal made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Matos got free with Israel Bertol in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 52nd minute, Baraja Española FC's Mauro Matos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 54 minutes into the match, Gregorio Tanio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Bertol. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gregorio Tanio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Israel Bertol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB from getting a goal against them. Mauro Matos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Israel Bertol firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mauro Matoss short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Israel Bertol to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Israel Bertol managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Baraja Española FC's Mauro Matos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 75 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Tanio came free, but Israel Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hernan Raitin during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hernan Raitin hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Gregorio Tanio succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. In the 89th minute, Gregorio Tanio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Israel Bertol. The goal made the score 1-6. Israel Bertol came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Baraja Española FC's Mauro Matos. But to his dismay, Mauro Matos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Baraja Española FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
