After 13 minutes, Abelardo Bortzaioriz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Diablos Rojos and the SABALEPLUS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Los Diablos Rojos's Rogelio Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Los Diablos Rojos from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Tab got free with Rogelio Barbosa in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernabe Hanot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doug Bermudez in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Jairo Tab had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Barbosa. Los Diablos Rojos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jairo Tab was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Justino Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Godofredo Ferrando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogelio Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Ferrando in the 32nd minute of the match. Godofredo Ferrando in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rogelio Barbosa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fragiskos Koukoulekis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Hanot having to interfere. Doug Bermudez struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Bernabe Hanot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Diablos Rojos. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Tab stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rogelio Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Ferrando in the 61st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Diablos Rojos's Fragiskos Koukoulekis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernabe Hanot. That made the score 1-2 after 77 minutes of play. The supporters of Los Diablos Rojos booed when SABALEPLUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Tab didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, SABALEPLUS's goal looked a bit too open when Doug Bermudez came free, but Bernabe Hanot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, SABALEPLUS's Bernabe Hanot got control of the ball when Doug Bermudez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 94 played minutes SABALEPLUS got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Froila. If Fragiskos Koukoulekis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
