After 13 minutes, Lucio Luix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Terapia Intensiva and the Arrecifes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arrecifes made a substitution. Igor Emmanuel replaced Gilberto Jakobe. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Terapia Intensiva:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arrecifes:s goal. In the 24th minute, one of Terapia Intensiva:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Terapia Intensiva. In the 31st minute, Terapia Intensiva's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Igor Emmanuel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Severo Navarro came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Arrecifes's Igor Emmanuel. But to his dismay, Igor Emmanuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Emmanuel in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Navarro saved Terapia Intensiva from getting behind. Igor Emmanuel might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severo Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Emmanuel ran back to his position shaking his head. Severo Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Emmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Chiquinho Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Gustau, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the game, Igor Emmanuel lined in a short shot 7-0 behind a frustrated Severo Navarro. The corner ended in Igor Emmanuel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Terapia Intensiva's Severo Navarro did a great save. If Agustin Nuxila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 played minutes Terapia Intensiva got a freekick which was hit by Elias Romo. Severo Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Emmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustin Nuxila's late challenge caught a Arrecifes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustin Nuxila helped the player get up and apologised. After 68 played minutes Terapia Intensiva got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Nuxila. Agustin Nuxila hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Igor Emmanuel notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Terapia Intensiva's Severo Navarro. Severo Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Severo Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arrecifes's David Tomi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Severo Navarro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In a very dangerous position, a player in Terapia Intensiva fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! In the 83rdth minute of the game Igor Emmanuel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terapia Intensiva's Severo Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Emmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Terapia Intensiva's Severo Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Emmanuel in the 84th minute of play. When Florencio Sancho fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arrecifes's protests and gave Florencio Sancho a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Terapia Intensiva booed when Arrecifes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Truylos in the 92nd minute of play forced Arrecifes's goalkeeper Chiquinho Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Oddbjørn Haugli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes into the match, Terapia Intensiva's Tobias Truylos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chiquinho Romero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Terapia Intensiva's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
