In the 3rd minute Ciriaco Gaizkine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Forever Tango booed when C. A. Potrero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Tabor didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Havier came free, but Justo Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C. A. Potrero's Lucas Constancio was substituted for Arnoldo Xabel. Marcial Uzuri struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Justo Dunixi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forever Tango. A collision led to C. A. Potrero getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Melquiades Medina hit a great ball. Justo Dunixi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Havier in the 25th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Blas Havier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Dunixi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Uzuri took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Dunixi. Justo Dunixi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Justo Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Havier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justo Dunixi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Havier, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Blas Havier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Dunixi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Constancio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Montez having to interfere. After the first half Forever Tango were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Forever Tango's Natalio Benet slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Justo Dunixi. That made the score 0-3 after 53 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Abastas in the 56th minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Justo Dunixi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Dunixi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Benet in the 57th minute. C. A. Potrero's Justo Dunixi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Potrero from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Rodrigo Corderro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Corderro in the 68th minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Justo Dunixi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Dunixi made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Bernardo Veronica sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcial Uzuri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Justo Dunixi. That made the score 0-4 in the 74 minute of play. Forever Tango's Gualterio Mikolas was substituted for Marcial Uzuri. If Ruben Abastas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 played minutes C. A. Potrero got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Benat. After 83 played minutes, Forever Tango's Bernardo Veronica shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Justo Dunixi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Forever Tango reached it. Justo Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Havier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Justo Dunixi managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Forever Tango's Gualterio Mikolas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 92 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Havier came free, but Justo Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Blas Havier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Justo Dunixi. That made the score 0-6 in the 94 minute of play. Forever Tango played a much better game than C. A. Potrero and deserved their victory. The C. A. Potrero players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
