Alejandro Truylos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Maiorga to make the kick off. Rivermania FC's Alejandro Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Maiorga in the 52nd minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Valiente came free, but Alejandro Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Rivermania FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Truylos should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauricio Sergi during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Sergi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amador Rafel in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Truylos saved Rivermania FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Maiorga in the 86th minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Alejandro Truylos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Hermengildo Rufio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregorio Fagildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2.
