After 7 minutes, Marcial Jayvier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mercedes and the Errecaborda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcial Jayvier hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Jonatan Ursino got a free kick in the 15th minute. Samuel Padro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Vellito in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Ernesto Venceslao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Padro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Ernesto Venceslao made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Padro. Mercedes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The supporters of Errecaborda AFC booed when Mercedes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Nofre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Nestor Vellito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Padro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Mercedes's Samuel Padro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Mercedes from getting a goal against them. With splendid footwork Jonatan Ursino arrived in front of goal to shoot 5-0 by the left pole in the game's 35th minute. Mercedes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Venceslao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st minute, Ernesto Venceslao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Errecaborda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After 54 minutes of play Mercedes's Marcial Jayvier was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Mercedes getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Marcial Jayvier hit a great ball. Samuel Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Vellito in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Marcelo Eztebe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Errecaborda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Samuel Padro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Ursino, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 91st minute, Nestor Vellito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Padro was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. When Americo Ramone fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mercedes's protests and gave Americo Ramone a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mercedes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Errecaborda AFC a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonatan Ursino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mercedes's Samuel Padro. 15-0. When the referee ended the match the Errecaborda AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
