The referee ignored Monte Hermoso Beach's protests and gave Nicolas Pereyra a yellow card for diving instead. Nicolas Pereyra kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Ulises Ubarna hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match Lázaro Osasun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agustin Marchesan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ariel Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEBRON's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidel Lorien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Monte Hermoso Beach defense, Fernando Gómez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Lorien. The Monte Hermoso Beach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Lorien should have stopped the shot. Agustin Marchesan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
