Spectators: 142 (Terracing: 107, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Agustin Elorri got the match started through his kick off. Rolando Sanchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Bernaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 7th match minute, Sutura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Monico to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Sanchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Tomi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes, Agustin Elorri made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Areco FC's Eduard Bernátek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Sutura's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Bernaldo came free, but Rolando Sanchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Sanchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Bernaldo in the 18th minute of play. Benja Dominguez hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Agustin Elorri came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Sutura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Elorri couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Areco FC booed when Sutura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th play minute Agustin Elorri came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eduard Bernátek. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Bernaldo in the 44th minute of play forced Sutura's goalkeeper Rolando Sanchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Agustin Elorri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduard Bernátek was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sixto Bernaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. Rolando Sanchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Bernaldo in the 51st minute of the match. Gaspar Orkatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Cristofor got free with Rolando Sanchez in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Igor Cristofor in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rolando Sanchez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Agustin Elorri kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Sutura's Rolando Sanchez got control of the ball when Benja Dominguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Areco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Elorri came free, but Eduard Bernátek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sutura's Eduardo Garcia got a free kick in the 70th minute. When Areco FC's Sixto Bernaldo in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sutura's goalie prevented a goal. After 75 minutes, Miguel Arixo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sutura and the Areco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sutura's Miguel Arixo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Eduardo Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Sixto Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, Sutura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Santikurtz to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Elorri in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduard Bernátek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Natalio Nuñez's late challenge caught a Sutura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natalio Nuñez helped the player get up and apologised. Natalio Nuñez kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Areco FC's zone, Paulo Donzel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduard Bernátek came out of the goal and Paulo Donzel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Areco FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
