He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cóndor Football Club's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Luis Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Augusto Cerilo made a huge save. When Tadeo Quintin fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cóndor Football Club's protests and gave Tadeo Quintin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, Cóndor Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Quintin to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Alvaro Guter put in a rough tackle. Alvaro Guter hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Cóndor Football Club's Leonardo Rosalio got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Tadeo Quintin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Blas Petri fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cóndor Football Club's protests and gave Blas Petri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, one of Cóndor Football Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cóndor Football Club. The referee gave Santa Maradona a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luis Santana, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cóndor Football Club's Augusto Cerilo. 3-0. In the 60th minute, Damaso Cuartio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Cerilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Ubarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Cerilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Santana in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Luis Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Maradona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Augusto Cerilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Ubarna in the 69th minute of the match. Augusto Cerilo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Berasko in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute, Leonardo Rosalio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santa Maradona's Tor Rosenlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Rosalio in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cóndor Football Club's Tadeo Quintin got a free kick in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Santa Maradona's Luis Santana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Cerilo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Cóndor Football Club's Damaso Cuartio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tor Rosenlund but with some difficulty. Cóndor Football Club's Augusto Cerilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Santana in the 86th minute of play. Leonardo Rosalios short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Tor Rosenlund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
