Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Stig Emander made the kick off and thus started the match. 10 minutes into the match, GrondofiSu FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Corderro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolás Burdisso. Elpidio Corderro made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Stig Emander sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, The Cavern Club's Angel Aballe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Elpidio Corderro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Arnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anselmo Arnas came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the The Cavern Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Arnas couldn't finish the play. In the 20th play minute Stig Emander came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elpidio Corderro. 3-0. In the 22nd minute, Anacleto Lando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Angel Aballe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elpidio Corderro, 4-0. In the 27th minute of the match, Angel Aballe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elpidio Corderro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 28th minute of the match The Cavern Club got a corner. GrondofiSu FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernan George ran over to the corner to take the kick. Anselmo Arnas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Elpidio Corderro made a huge save. Angel Aballe took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Corderro. Elpidio Corderro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. GrondofiSu FC's Elpidio Corderro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save GrondofiSu FC from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd play minute Nicolás Burdisso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elpidio Corderro. 7-0. Nicolás Burdisso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Elpidio Corderro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elpidio Corderro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolás Burdisso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the game, The Cavern Club's Stig Emander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elpidio Corderro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 57th minute Stig Emander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Corderro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The The Cavern Club fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when The Cavern Club's Stig Emander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 61 minutes into the match, GrondofiSu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Arnas came free, but Elpidio Corderro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elpidio Corderro came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by The Cavern Club's Anselmo Arnas. But to his dismay, Anselmo Arnas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 67th minute, Stig Emander made a precise shot to the right of Elpidio Corderro. GrondofiSu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. After 69 minutes of play, The Cavern Club's Stig Emander made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elpidio Corderro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elpidio Corderro came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by The Cavern Club's Anselmo Arnas. But to his dismay, Anselmo Arnas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. In the 78th minute, Angel Aballe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Cavern Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. Elpidio Corderro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angel Aballe went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. GrondofiSu FC's Elpidio Corderro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Arnas in the 86th minute of play. Stig Emander scored 16-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elpidio Corderro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elpidio Corderro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolás Burdisso in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Angel Aballe notched a goal, 17-0, to the right of GrondofiSu FC's Elpidio Corderro. Elpidio Corderro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. The Cavern Club fully deserved thier win.
