The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Salvatore got free with Gervasio Domiku in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Barrilete Cósmico's Epifanio Orkatz in the 19th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Gervasio Domiku was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Quilmes Atletico Club through an amazing save. Barrilete Cósmico's Amador Mundo got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Ubaldo Nevada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Cuarto. Gervasio Domiku was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Epifanio Orkatz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. In the 39th minute, Leandro Martinez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Tab was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Epifanio Orkatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gervasio Domiku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Salvatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Quilmes Atletico Club's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Orkatz came free, but Gervasio Domiku reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Orkatz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gervasio Domiku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Isidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Tab having to interfere. Leandro Martinez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Fernando Tab made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Amador Mundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrilete Cósmico's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Mundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Domiku breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Barrilete Cósmico were the better team. Barrilete Cósmico's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
