The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulo Francho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soroca F.C.. In the 11th minute of the game Cristian Pancho made a throw-in which Enzo Concha played forward. 13 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Chan came free, but Paulo Francho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Francho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Elorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Elorri in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Francho saved El Renacer del Quijano FC from getting behind. Paulo Francho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Chan in the 17th minute of play. Paulo Francho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Concha, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 36 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Pancho. Luis Artaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute Enzo Concha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Francho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Teo Beltza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 50 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Chan. Teo Beltza came free in the 56th minute and tried to tip the ball over Danilo Santxol, but to the joy of Soroca F.C.'s supporters the ball went over. Julio Mambru made in the 62nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Domingo Fernandes. Luis Artaldo came free in the 66th minute and tried to tip the ball over Danilo Santxol, but to the joy of Soroca F.C.'s supporters the ball went over. After 71 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Julio Mambru. Danilo Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Beltza in the 74th minute of play. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Paulo Francho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save El Renacer del Quijano FC from getting a goal against them. Jorge Kauldi might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Santxol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Kauldi ran back to his position shaking his head. Soroca F.C. succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though El Renacer del Quijano FC had controlled the match.
