In the 44th minute, Saverio Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Nicolas Pirro hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the game, Genaro Di Santi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Marco Pacorro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
