The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Jacek Chowaniec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sparta Torex's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piast Leszczyny the free kick. Jacek Chowaniec kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Jan Kolbe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teofil Sikola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gwidon Gejda's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Jurand Jarek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Jakub Wieczorek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Piast Leszczyny's Jan Kolbe in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teofil Sikola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teofil Sikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Pawlak in the 24th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Piast Leszczyny defense, Julian Cuber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jakub Wieczorek. The Piast Leszczyny fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jakub Wieczorek should have stopped the shot. Jakub Wieczorek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zdzislaw Topolski in the 31st minute. Teofil Sikola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radoslaw Pawlak, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Gwidon Gejda took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teofil Sikola. Teofil Sikola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 40 minutes into the match, Sparta Torex's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Kolbe came free, but Teofil Sikola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofil Sikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Pawlak in the 42nd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Piast Leszczyny got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Pozorski. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Gwidon Gejda made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gwidon Gejda in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Sparta Torex's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Gwidon Gejda scored to the left of an out of position Teofil Sikola, making the score, 1-2. In the 67thth minute of the game Julian Cuber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piast Leszczyny's Jakub Wieczorek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Sparta Torex's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Gejda came free, but Teofil Sikola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Zdzislaw Topolski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sparta Torex's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piast Leszczyny the free kick. A collision led to Sparta Torex getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Zdzislaw Topolski hit a great ball. Teofil Sikola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Gejda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Piast Leszczyny's zone, Zdzislaw Topolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakub Wieczorek came out of the goal and Zdzislaw Topolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jurand Jarek charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jurand Jarek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Piast Leszczyny booed when Sparta Torex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurand Jarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Domeracki in the 91st minute of play forced Piast Leszczyny's goalkeeper Jakub Wieczorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Wieczorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Domeracki, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
