The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, FC Latające Siekiery's Marcin Nigbor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Witomir Kossakowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Latające Siekiery were awarded a corner in the 3th minute after Soczewki Gliwice's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcin Nigbor took the corner. Napoleon Malewicki kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Soczewki Gliwice's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Koperski came free, but Witomir Kossakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witomir Kossakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Koperski in the 8th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, FC Latające Siekiery's Filip Koperski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Witomir Kossakowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Filip Koperski made a precise shot to the right of Witomir Kossakowski. Soczewki Gliwice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 18th minute, Cezary Pacholewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes of play, FC Latające Siekiery's Dobromir Ziombkowski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Witomir Kossakowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Marcin Nigbor came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the FC Latające Siekiery fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcin Nigbor couldn't finish the play. After having played for 28 minutes, Marcin Nigbor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Latające Siekiery's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcin Nigbor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Latające Siekiery's Waldemar Andrzejewski got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teofil Sawicki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witomir Kossakowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. FC Latające Siekiery's Filip Koperski got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Marcin Nigbor notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Soczewki Gliwice's Witomir Kossakowski. Witomir Kossakowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcin Nigbor might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Witomir Kossakowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcin Nigbor ran back to his position shaking his head. 44 minutes into the game, Marcin Nigbor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Witomir Kossakowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cezary Pacholewski during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Soczewki Gliwice getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Cezary Pacholewski hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cezary Pacholewski to make the kick off. If Radomil Konopka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Witomir Kossakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Nigbor in the 60th minute of play. After 63 minutes of play, FC Latające Siekiery's Waldemar Andrzejewski made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Witomir Kossakowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Soczewki Gliwice's Witomir Kossakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Nigbor in the 67th minute of play. Witomir Kossakowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Koperski went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. 74 minutes into the match, Soczewki Gliwice's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Nigbor came free, but Witomir Kossakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witomir Kossakowski made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Waldemar Andrzejewski sent off a good shot on target. After 77 played minutes Soczewki Gliwice got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Marchewka. After 78 minutes of play, FC Latające Siekiery's Filip Koperski made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Witomir Kossakowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd match minute, Soczewki Gliwice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wlodzimierz Kasperowicz to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filip Koperski got free with Witomir Kossakowski in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Waldemar Andrzejewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Witomir Kossakowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 89 played minutes Soczewki Gliwice got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Pacholewski. In a very dangerous position, a player in Soczewki Gliwice fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! After having played for 97 minutes, Waldemar Andrzejewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Latające Siekiery's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldemar Andrzejewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zbyszek Wawak fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soczewki Gliwice's protests and gave Zbyszek Wawak a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Soczewki Gliwice's Zbyszek Wawak got a free kick in the 98th minute. FC Latające Siekiery played a much better game than Soczewki Gliwice and deserved their victory. The Soczewki Gliwice players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
