Roch Betonowy took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zula Bator. Zula Bator dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Śląsk Bytom's Piotr Gecionis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Śląsk Bytom from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Śląsk Bytom's Piotr Gecionis got control of the ball when Antoni Kieca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Śląsk Bytom's Piotr Gecionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Beninda in the 37th minute of play.
