When Dariusz Mios fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kiepurowo's protests and gave Dariusz Mios a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 played minutes FC Kiepurowo got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Mios. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kiepurowo's Zdzislaw Kaczorowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mikolaj Dylla. That made the score 1-2 after 16 minutes of play. In the 19th minute, Jerzy Gendolla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariusz Kosakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Dobrowski in the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafal Wejta got free with Mikolaj Dylla in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, FC Kiepurowo's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Burdalski came free, but Mariusz Kosakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Kiepurowo's Rafal Wejta got a free kick in the 25th minute. FC Kiepurowo's Mariusz Kosakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Mnich in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to FC Kiepurowo getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Walery Kluska hit a great ball. Mariusz Kosakowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeusz Mnich in the 67th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Kosakowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariusz Kosakowski made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Artur Dobrowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th match minute, 1. FC Krotoszyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Burdalski to maneuver through the defense. Mariusz Kosakowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Mnich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1. FC Krotoszyn's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
