In the 9th match minute, Czarna Staszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomil Kornaszewski to maneuver through the defense. Remigiusz Galaska sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Ajax's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Tyskie came free, but Gigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Wieslaw Cerocki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A throw-in in the 21st minute of the game was made by Tomasz Sierocki with Wieslaw Cerocki as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ajax's Wieslaw Cerocki got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Wieslaw Cerocki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ajax's supporters rose to their feet, but Wieslaw Cerocki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominik Logewnik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wojciech Mietus lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 32 played minutes Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Mietus. A hard shot by Dawid Rakowski from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Gigi Buffon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Dominik Logewnik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomasz Sierocki went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the match, Ludomil Pierz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gigi Buffon, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ludomil Pierz made a kick off. Bogdan Tyskie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigi Buffon having to interfere. Gigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartlomiej Juroszek, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Gigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Juroszek in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Galaska in the 59th minute of play forced Czarna Staszów's goalkeeper Dominik Logewnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Juroszek in the 82nd minute of play. If Ludomil Pierz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomasz Sierocki charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomasz Sierocki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ajax's Tomasz Sierocki got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute Dawid Rakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Czarna Staszów getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Bogdan Tyskie hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
