Roch Frankowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Roch Frankowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Patora in the 6th minute of play. Andrea Casals took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roch Frankowski. Roch Frankowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, 1909 Tarnovia's Arkadiusz Buczak got a free kick in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Gwidon Patora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roch Frankowski. 1909 Tarnovia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gwidon Patora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Roch Frankowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Wierzbicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Veth Crystals's Ludomir Radzyminski was substituted for Andrea Casals. In the 42nd minute, one of Veth Crystals:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Veth Crystals. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radoslaw Falkiewicz was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, 1909 Tarnovia's Roch Frankowski got control of the ball when Liu Zhi Guang tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Majorski in the 86th minute of play forced Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Tiburcio Jakue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartosz Laba kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Zbigniew Wierzbicki hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Tiburcio Jakue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Majorski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Veth Crystals's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
